Yes, the missing post fee of $65 will be charged however if the post is able to be recovered at a later time we will credit your account.

Very often, agents forget to go back by the property and pick up the riders, directional arrows, or metal frames you were using to supplement the post-sign and this is what the homeowner is referring to. The other possibility is that the homeowner pulled up the post-sign and placed it in the garage, shed, or other inaccessible place, and we were not able to retrieve it. If this is the case, there is a charge to go back to retrieve it.

Pictures are sent upon completion of all requests so you will be able to view that the sign was in fact removed.

With all requests, the following notifications are sent via email:

• Email confirmation of the request being placed
• Email notification of the request being scheduled on a route
• Email notification of request completion, complete with photos.

Yes we do charge a new installation fee to reinstall. In addition, there is a one time $65 fee for the lost post.
