With all requests, the following notifications are sent via email:
Installation of signs riders, at time of installation of post, will be done at no additional charge. The riders must be at the property for installation. Please put the location of the riders in the specific instructions field of the service request form. If there is a specific location for the rider, please indicate that also.
It is a best practice to remove your riders and any other materials prior to ordering the post removal. If the materials are still on the post at time of removal, we will leave the material by the front door of the house or where the post was located (in the case of vacant land).
We will place the post in the desired location, as long as the information is provided at the time of the service request. However, if there are no special instructions, we will use our best judgment on the post placement. If you do not agree with that location, there is a service charge to go back and move the post.
We guarantee our workmanship and materials for 45 days from the date the post-sign was installed, and we will service the post free of charge within that time period. If the post has been up for longer than 45 days, there is a service call charge to reinstall it.
