Yes. This is to insure the accuracy of the address and to insure that we receive your request since a confirmation number and email will be generated at the time the request is placed.
Once an order for service is placed online, an email is sent to the email address on file for your account. In addition, an email will be sent to you once the service request has been completed.
The vast majority of service requests, within our standard service area, are completed within two business days, not including the day the request is placed. Please keep in mind that National Holidays do not count as business days.
Greater than 80% of all service requests are completed within the next business day and 98% within two days. However, delays can result from incorrect information given on the service request form, service outside of our standard service area, extreme weather conditions, dogs on the property or if you or your office was out of sign panels.
The Real Estate company / agent is responsible for marking on the installation request that underground sprinkler or wires/cables are present on the property. In addition, you are responsible for marking the property where it is safe to install the sign post. If damage occurs to an underground sprinkler or wire/cables that we were not notified about, we are not responsible for the repair or any damages.
The best option is to cancel the request online before it is assigned to one of our installers. However, if it has already been assigned, wWe will do our best to contact the installer prior to the installation. If we are able to get in touch prior to the install taking place, there is no charge. However, if the sign has already been installed into the ground, then the standard installation charge would apply.
You are charged because the installer was still required to go out to the property to attempt to perform the installation. The charge is at the service call rates, not installation since the post is not being left at the property.
