At Oakley Signs & Graphics, we do all we can to get you your sign order as fast as possible, and faster than anyone else out there.

PRINTING & PRODUCTION TURNAROUND TIMES

We understand. You need your signs, and you need them now! You're in luck! Oakley Signs & Graphics, has one of the fastest order turnaround times in the industry. In fact, we are the only company to guarantee:

1. Stock product orders ship within 24 business hours after it’s processed.
   
   
   • Stock products ordered before 1pm CST will ship the next day (not including Saturday or Sunday). Any stock products that are currently out of inventory will be back ordered and shipped separately when available. Stock products that are ordered with other custom printed products will ship together when the custom products are approved and completed for shipment.
2. Most custom printed orders will ship no later than 3 business days of final order receipt, payment if applicable, and your final art approval. We will of course strive to ship much sooner, and usually do. Note: during the peak season (March - June), please allow for a few extra business days.
   
   
   • Most custom sign orders ship within 3 business days or less after customers approve their order. Customers approve their designs using our online design tool or for special custom design requests, through direct correspondence with our skilled in-house design team. If custom signs are ordered with available stock products, your items will all ship together based on when you approve your custom design(s).
3. IMPORTANT NOTE:
   
   
   • If your cart contains products that qualify for 3-day shipping and 24 hour shipping; we will ship all of your items together in 3-days or less)

Best of all, if we are late on your shipment (or a portion of your shipment), we will deduct 5% from the portion of your order that we are late on.

All orders are shipped from our production facility in IL (60016 zip code)

Almost all orders ship via FedEx Ground (small package). Orders over 450 lbs often ship via FedEx Freight.

Time in Transit (shipping time) does not include day of pickup, Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

FedEx charges an extra fee when shipping to residential addresses compared to Commercial addresses, therefore we suggest having your order shipped to your office in order to keep costs as low as possible.
